O R A Return & Exchange Policy

At O R A, we take pride in the quality and care that go into every piece we create. Please review our return and exchange policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds for any purchases.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if your item is deemed faulty upon inspection.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us at wearingora@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the fault.

Faulty Items
If the item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same item (subject to availability). If the item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price.

Conditions for Exchange

 

  • Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, pouches, and protective materials must be intact.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper care.

 

  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges
  • If an item is deemed faulty, O R A will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
  • For all other situations, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Final Sale Items
    All sale items are final and not eligible for exchange.
