No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if your item is deemed faulty upon inspection.
- To request an exchange, please contact us at wearingora@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the fault.
Faulty Items
If the item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same item (subject to availability). If the item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price.
Conditions for Exchange
- Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
- All original tags, pouches, and protective materials must be intact.
- Exchanges will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper care.
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- If an item is deemed faulty, O R A will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
- For all other situations, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
